• Comply with all applicable telecom, advertising and data-protection regulations.
• Keep any account credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity carried out under your account.
• Make payments in line with the agreed schedule.

Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use our services, or permit anyone else to use them, to:

• Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or that infringes the rights of others.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages or communications without valid recipient consent.
• Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks or other users’ data.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Breach the policies of carriers or third-party platforms used to deliver the services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services used in breach of this policy or of applicable law.

Payments and refunds

Fees, billing cycles and any applicable taxes are set out in your quotation or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified, and we may pause or suspend services where payments are overdue. Charges for messaging, voice and third-party platform usage are generally consumed on delivery and are non-refundable once a campaign has been sent. Refunds for other services, where applicable, are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the relevant agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos and the NUVZ brand — is the property of NUVZ AI Tech Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (such as a website or custom software) become your property, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain ours. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or delivery failures caused by third-party carriers or platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
